This website is operated by Snuff Perfume. Throughout the Site/Mobile App, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Snuff Perfume. Snuff Perfume offers this Site and its Mobile App, including all information, tools and Services available from this Site/Mobile App to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

  • Reserved Rights:

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Snuff Perfume and/or its content providers. The Site/Mobile App must not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the explicit written consent of Snuff Perfume.

  • Usage Restrictions:

You are prohibited from framing or utilizing framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information of Snuff Perfume without express written consent. The use of meta tags or any other "hidden text" employing Snuff Perfume’s name or trademarks is strictly forbidden without express written consent

  • Compliance and Misuse:

Your use of the Site/Mobile App must comply with applicable laws, and any misuse is expressly prohibited. Snuff Perfume grants these licenses subject to termination if you fail to comply with this Agreement or any other Site/Mobile App Terms Conditions.

Purpose of Sales

Snuff Perfume restricts the sale of its products exclusively for personal use. Without the explicit prior written approval of Snuff Perfume, any resale or commercial use of the products is prohibited. Snuff Perfume retains the right to limit quantities to standard retail purchase.

User Comments, Feedback, Posts, and Other Submissions

  • Submission of Comments:

  • No Responsibility for User-Generated Content:

Snuff Perfume assumes no responsibility and accepts no liability for any Comment or content posted by you or any third party.

Copyright Complaints

Snuff Perfume upholds the importance of respecting the intellectual property of others and requires users of the Site/Mobile App to do the same. Our policy includes the termination, under appropriate circumstances, of Site/Mobile App use privileges for users identified as repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, if you believe that copyrighted materials have been copied in a manner constituting copyright infringement, please send an email or written notice to our Designated Agent for notices of infringement, providing the following information:

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snuff Perfume, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary. This includes, but is not limited to, losses or damages to profits, goodwill, business, opportunity, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site/Mobile App, its services, or this User Agreement. Such liability applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence, and whether or not Snuff Perfume has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages.

  • Remedy for Dissatisfaction:

If you are dissatisfied with the Site/Mobile App or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Additionally, any unauthorized use of the Site/Mobile App resulting from your negligent act or omission will be treated by Snuff Perfume as a violation of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

  • Unsatisfactory Performance and Representation:

Snuff Perfume is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance, losses, damages, or delays arising from items that are or become unavailable. Snuff Perfume does not make any representation or warranty regarding the attributes (including but not limited to quality, worth, or marketability) of items proposed to be sold or purchased on the Site.

  • Exclusion of Implied Warranties:

Snuff Perfume excludes all implied warranties, terms, and conditions and is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation. This includes any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use the Site/Mobile App.

Dispute Resolution Procedure:

In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or difference ("Dispute") arising out of or in connection with this User Agreement, the parties will endeavor to settle the Dispute amicably. This includes questions regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity, or termination of this User Agreement. The dispute resolution process will commence upon the receipt of a written notice of the Dispute by the other party, initiating a thirty (30) calendar days negotiation period conducted in good faith.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations

You grant Snuff Perfume the right to, and acknowledge that Snuff Perfume may, at any time, transfer all or any part of its rights, benefits, obligations, or liabilities under this User Agreement to any of its affiliates or any other party. Your specific agreement or consent is not required for such transfers. In such instances, Snuff Perfume commits to making reasonable efforts to notify you of any transfer through a posting on the Site or other communication methods mentioned in clause 5 of this User Agreement.

Without the prior written consent of Snuff Perfume, you may not transfer all or any part of your rights, benefits, obligations, or liabilities under this User Agreement to anyone.

General Provisions

  • Severability of Invalid Clauses:

If any clause of this User Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific clause shall be considered severable. Its invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this User Agreement.

  • Comprehensive Agreement:

This User Agreement, as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms, constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Snuff Perfume concerning the subject matter herein.

  • Enforcement Rights:

No person who is not a party to this User Agreement shall have the right to enforce any of its terms.

  • Precedence of English Text:

In the event of any translation of this User Agreement into a language other than English, whether on the Site/Mobile App or elsewhere, the English text shall prevail.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • Orders Fulfilled in Kuwait:

For orders fulfilled by Snuff Perfume in Kuwait, this User Agreement's terms and conditions shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kuwait.

  • Orders Fulfilled Outside Kuwait:

For orders fulfilled by Snuff Perfume outside of Kuwait, the terms and conditions of this User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the respective country in which the order is fulfilled.
